Trash company. Completed wrecked my rental. I would do anything for them not to work in this town again. Complained every time we asked for updated pictures. Couldn’t give us any idea what the property looked like before we moved back in. Renters painted and Kathie had no idea because she never goes in but promised in contract that pictures would be taken every 6 months. Bent and broken window screens. Water damage in bathroom from leaking roof but as I am the owner, was never notified.
Kathie Wells was our Property Manager and she was responsive will all our service requests. Everyone the company used for service requests were kind and professional as well.
Absolute worst property management company around. The property manager refuses to fix any items even after the owner requested items to be fixed.
