Jeff made the design phase simple and enjoyable, Jerry communicated everything financial clearly and transparently, Steve did an outstanding job bringing our vision to life, and Kim kept everything organized and running smoothly from start to finish. Any time a problem came up, they were quick to offer thoughtful solutions, communicate clearly, and handle everything with professionalism. We’re thrilled with our new home and would absolutely choose them again!

Sun Custom built our current house in early 2017. 6 years later (in mid-2023) we had a leak in the hot water manifold resulting in some water damage to an interior wall. Although they had no legal obligation to fix the issue, Jeff Buller and Sun Custom repaired the damage (mold remediation, sheetrock and baseboard replacement, texture, paint, etc.) at their expense. We had been given an estimate of several thousand dollars for a third party to perform the same work. We had a few challenges with our build, but throughout the build process and in the years to follow Jeff always sought out a way to make things right. I was very apprehensive about the building process, because I had never done it before. The team at Sun Custom Homes made it extremely easy to plan and build my beautiful home. Not only did they provide me with a step-by-step project calendar, but they also had a team member involved and available for each step. I recently closed on my home, and the customer service and team availability are just as incredible as they were during the building process.
