I enjoy living here within the beautiful trees and ponds. All maintenance needs are taken care of by Eric, Angel, and Merced in a timely and professional manner. Also, Dolly and Nancy are always friendly and helpful! I highly recommend Sun Chase!

Nancy is freaking FLAWLESSLY AMAZING!! Like seriously the woman is soooo patient and helpful. I ran into some issues with my application process and she worked nonstop just get the issues I had resolved and she did just that ! Like I’m so appreciative for her customer service top tier. I’m super thankful and so excited to move in this week! The apartment complex is very nice , clean and quiet. I met Dolly as well who also works in the office as well, she was so sweet and nice too. So far I am very impressed with the place and excited about becoming a resident

Dolly, Nancy and the entire team at Sun Chase are the absolute best! The biggest lanai’s of all the complexes around! We have been here for 2 years and would never consider going anywhere else! Dolly and Nancy are incredibly helpful from the moment you step in the door! The maintenance team members so kind, helpful and considerate! Everyone smiles and says hello, it is a true community! The entire S.C. team are the nicest people and make you feel like family! We absolutely love everything about Sun Chase!

Eric just left my apartment after coming to look at and repair a bathroom sink leak. He's always so nice and fixes whatever needs fixing with the utmost professionalism. His knowledge about all of my concerns never ceases to amaze me. A keeper!!

Great property! Management (Dolly & Nancy) are excellent. Maintenance team is great. And the location is perfect. Would strongly recommend.
