If it's an apartment complex WHY does it have open and closing hours? The people staying there can't have visitors on days your closed and only upto a time your open otherwise.

Under new management. Lots of work done in the courtyard. More work scheduled. This new management seems fair and reactive any time there has been a need. Delivered veggies and fruits bags free for all tenants when Covid hit and many were in need. Overnight security very handy also. The maintenance man, Tony is very good, friendly and on top of any needs. I am sad to say,the previous response was three or four owners ago and boy have things changed. I will be looking to move out as soon as possible. The new, current property management, Broardwalk Property Management is very difficult to work with. Does not respond to renters. Very difficult to get things repair / maintenance. No one is in their office regularly to communicate. No communication or services. Horrible company - collect

These are very nice apartments. But, the landlord never replys to your calls or tells you to fix it yourself. If there's any little issue with you he threatened to evict you and all of a sudden you apparently have noise complaints even when you make sure your not home after noise hours and haven't slept in your bed in months. He will question why you have friends over at 6pm and assumed your just letting them live with you. He will tell you your unfit and a bad tenant when your the reason half the tenants live there. Don't expect him to fix anything from the time you move in to move out.

Been here for almost a month now and it's been a very nice place to live at. Amanda does an outstanding job staying on top of everything and making sure this place is safe and well taken care of. Tony the matienance guy is also very friendly and takes care of any issues you have right away. Definitely a great place to stay for a good price!

No one ever answers maintenance requests the bottom floor washer never works the hallways stink like mold the only time you even see anyone here is if they have paper to show your late on rent
