Summit View Apartments

This place is old and disgusting. I am a travel nurse that moved in for a work contract. They had a fully furnished apartment available. When I opened the door it was smelly dirt and trash on rhe floor.;dirty sinks . The guest bathroom tub was disgusting and had paint peeling from it. The dishwasher was broken with dirty dishes in it left from the previous tenant. The apartment was only accessible from the back door. Little baby roaches were crawling around, and the major issue was there were No Smoke Alarms or Carbon Monoxide Monitors which is mandatory in the state of Ga. There also was a gas leak somewhere in the kitchen area. I moved out within one week. I could not stay there and feel safe. Lovely and peaceful area. Private apartment homes, 4 units per building. Mya the landlord is very responsive and attentive to your needs. She's so kind, respectful and understanding. The absolute best landlord I've ever encountered. Would highly recommend living here at summit view.

I've lived at Summit View for a little over a year and it has been a great experience. Pest control is offered every two weeks and I have not had any roaches or anything. They are around the property often and pay a lot of attention to details. They know me and remember my name. Parking is so easy because not many people here have cars. The street is quiet. Having a washer/dryer inside my apartment is the best. I can't remember needing maintenance for anything, but I see them regularly and they are friendly. There is security patrolling at night, and it's quiet. A lot of people work from home. I am definitely renewing, I don't want to leave.

From the complete tour they asked lots of great questions to help decide and they really wanted me to be happy even if the apartments weren’t the right fit. Turned out they were … perfect location to easily get anywhere on MARTA. Lots of residents don’t have cars so parking is plentiful. It’s so quiet. I’ve been here six months and anything I need is immediately answered and excellent communication about plans. Everybody is quiet and friendly. Apartments in great shape and they have pest control that does the job no bugs. I’m so happy I found Summit View apartments.
