Summit Townhomes

I am moving from Little Rock and needed to find a place in NWA for my new job. Hattie was very welcoming and warm on my initial call to set up my tour, and she had the same spirit in person! Hattie uncovered my needs and gave me a great tour. I chose a place closer to my new office, but if anything changes, I’d happily accept a longer commute because Hattie is awesome!

I would not recommend Summit Townhomes. I have had several issues during my time here and will not be renewing my lease. ***This is long, but please read before considering moving here*** 1. I was without water for several weeks. A pipe busted near my water meter outside, the water company informed me that there was a significant amount of water being used. I immediately informed the office and maintenance. They did NOTHING for at least a week! Maintenance claimed they checked for leaks and couldn't find any problems. However, when the water company shut my water off completely due to over 200,000 gallons of water being wasted, maintenance was unable to even tell me which water meter was mine, meaning they hadn't thoroughly checked for issues in the first place. This ended with a $1600

The management at this facility is utterly incompetent and has no control over their property. Additionally, the build quality of their residencies is exceedingly poor. Every day there are cars parked in the grass, which is prohibited under the lease terms, yet the management team has yet to put a stop to it after 6+ months of complaints. To date I have received strictly placating responses and seen no action taken, the issue continues on a daily basis. The management team is now also threatening to steal privately owned trash bins if they are not removed from the property in 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date. They are not only infringing on our rights they are outright breaking the law. There is also frequently large furniture items left along the roadside within the community and

Worst place to live in NWA. Kitchen leaks when it rains or snows because there is a huge gap behind the stove. The window upstairs was cracked upon moving in, A/C went out a couple times in the first year, neighbors just throw trash along the street in the neighborhood, people just let there dogs run everywhere with no leash, they will tow your families vehicle away if there parked in front of your house, Maintenance will enter your home unannounced even if your wife is home alone sleeping. I have never experienced such an unprofessional company, I will never rent or lease from these people again!

We have been living here when these townhomes were first built . Team here is always doing there routines of bug spray , if there is issue they are quick to fix the problem . Not to mention location is great is distance from everything
