Kim and Kelli in management are absolutely wonderful. They are incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to any questions or concerns. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in keeping the property well maintained. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We truly appreciate how supportive and professional they are, it makes living here a great experience.

This is an excellent place to live. The management is superior as well as maintenance is second to none. Snow removal is best I ever seen. If you get the opportunity to move here, you won’t regret it!

After 6 years it disappoints me to share this score. But in coming days across social media I will share some clips from my move out walk through and some correspondence from their manager demonstrating how you JUST NEVER KNOW. I’ve been living at Summit Terrace for nearly five years now, and it’s been a great experience. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The pool is large and perfect for relaxing in the warmer months. Landscaping is done regularly during spring and summer, and snow removal is reliable in the winter. If you have a driveway, they’ll even notify you by email when to move your car so they can clear the snow. A cleaning crew comes weekly to tidy up all the buildings, which keeps everything fresh and clean. The maintenance team—Anthony, Eddie, and Corey—are outstanding. I recently moved to Summit Terrace Luxury Apartments and I couldn't be happier! Kim, the building manager is so kind and responsive! The apartment buildings and community areas are well kept. The rooms are spacious and the floors, carpets, and kitchen cabinets were all in great condition. I am extremely happy living here!
