Squire Village Apartments

I lived there from 2022-2024 and Valentino addressed any concern promptly. Frank the maintenance person was very helpful. Gina in the office was always kind and pleasant. Some of the other renters were just low class with no home training. Never had a roach until a dirty family brought in….immediately the whole building was treated. It’s a shame it’s not the management but the clientele that destroys the complex and the laundry room. Like you live here treat it better. Never had a problem with apartment or management I will always look back and be grateful for my time at squire village.

I had a wonderful experience living in Squire Village. This was my first post-grad apartment & I was struggling to find something affordable and safe in the area. I can truly say I absolutely loved my apartment. It was so spacious, filled with beautiful natural sunlight which I adored, newly renovated, and felt so homey. Not to mention the only utility I had to take care of was electric & wifi! Valentino is a very kind and understanding person, as is Gina, and the whole maintenance staff. Any issue I ran into (which there were not very many of) was resolved immediately with no inconvenience to me. I had lovely neighbors for the most part, and enjoyed my time very much. Thank you Valentino, Gina, and all of the staff for such a wonderful experience living by myself for the first time!

I lived there for 2 years and had problems with the bathroom there was so much mold in the walls had no bathroom for 2 months I reported it to townhall and when it came to renewal of my lease Valentino refused to do so I believe this was retaliation for me reporting him. Besides the investigator was friends with him so we all know how that goes. I had my upstairs neighbor arrested for stealing my packages for a year. He is a bad landlord besides the floor being uneven

Been living here for almost 4 years & im happy to call Squirevillage my home. If a 2 bedroom opens up I wouldn’t hesitate to take it. My dog and I go on walks every night , we enjoy this little community and Valentino is a great landlord

Valentino the property manager or whatever, was nice enough to show me the unit on FaceTime. Looked good, signed the lease with deposit and everything. The night I tired to move in. Immediately saw roaches going inside of the stove and on the sink. Left immediately. Called him the next day, he was nice enough to give my deposit back because he didn’t want to argue with me but then texted me saying. He saved the unit for the whole month for me and wanted to keep my deposit. Met up with him in the complex. We walked to the unit, as we were talking. Saw the roach again, Valentino said that’s a water bug. How dare you telling me that a water bug. Overall do not rent from them. The whole complex is fill with roaches.
