Summit Ridge Estates

It’s decent but the maintenance on the property is awful. Winter time they plow just enough and leave walkways and parking lot barely accessible snow not plowed on parking spots and leaves the empty parking spots with snow and handicap parking filled with snow. Hard to find parking. Maintenance crew is awful and in summer they leave the bushes untrimmed where if u park it will scratch your car because the long branches grow into parking space. This is not luxury at all.

I’ve been living under “dewberry gardens” “summit ridge” (whatever you would like to call them) management since January of 2021. The only person that is responsive SOMEWHAT is Alexis and jasmine, jasmine just leases apartments though. First things first, I feel like they are NEVER working, or in the office. (My personal experience.) Everyone that lives here works 9-5 Monday-Friday, the leasing office hours are 9:30-4:30 however they aren’t even there at the times they “say” they are open. I left work early to get a spare key to my apartment got there at 2:45 on a Friday and nobody is there. If the office is closing early wouldn’t they think to send out a mass message stating that? Whenever I deal with anyone from that office it is unprofessional and to top it all off they are okay with leaving me in an apartment that's leaking with no fix. The biggest fix they did? Empty the water out of my light fixtures and changed the light bulbs. They made an appointment with a roofing company that's from New Hampshire and couldn't even come down to me because they don't work in Connecticut! All they do is lie and all they want is your money. I am paying for an apartment that is unsafe for my family and they don't even seem to bat an eye about it. I haven't once received contact from the property manager because I think he's afraid to own up to the mistakes he has made. Still nothing and it's been 2 weeks

I have lived here for a about a year now. My overall experience with this place isn't the best but there's some pros that came with this place. As far as the actual apartment goes that was wonderful! really big and nice two bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. As far as management; that's another story! This place is beyond unprofessional! In the management office there's two main girls that's usually there. The main girl that deals with the paperwork and your lease is Sarena. She's by far the world's most unprofessional person that I've ever met. She's very rude and has a nasty attitude. She's not very informative and I doubt that she'd be able to help you in anyways! I'm assuming that she's related to the owners of Summit Ridge. That's the only way I can see her keeping her job. In

Terrible management. Never ever help my disabled father who is a double amputee. Always asking for repairs and they never literally ever come and fix the place. The parking is a joke. My car got towed twice in MY OWN parking spot when I go visit my handicapped father because he fell down or sometning else that he needed help with and I come outside and my cars gone even when it has a parking pass. AND in the correct spot.
