The team with Summit Park Village is AHMAZING! everyone from Eddie, Maritza, Kay, Greg & even the maintenance Francisco & another gentleman have been superb this far! They're on top on EVERYTHING and I mean FAST💨💨💨! We truly appreciate them from the application, to the move in. We even received a special phone call just to see how our move went. This has been a great experience! The neighborhood & community is well kept also! I HIGHLY recommend residing here at Summit Park Village Apartments! Thanks guys! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 BRAVO BRAVO!!!😊

Elihu, made sure the leak I had was completely taken care of. He was very kind and courteous as well. Great job!

That’s how they gave me the apartment: dirty, with a leak, and in very poor condition. I didn’t want it, so they gave me another one. However, they still charged me rent for the 6 days that passed while I waited for the new apartment. This is unfair and unprofessional. Customers should not have to pay for management’s mistakes or for an apartment that was not delivered in livable condition.

I have been a resident here for 2 years and one of the best parts about the community is the maintenance crew. Special thanks to Jonny Gonzalez who is always quick to respond to small/large issues, professional, and efficient. He always does a thorough job and extremely polite. Its really appreciated!!

I just want to say that Johnny is the best maintenance guy on this property. Be is always kind and helpful. I had accidentally locked myself out of my unit and waited in the cold this morning since 8 AM. I had given my info to a maintenance man I saw this morning that said he had to make a work order just to get me in my unit and that did not happen. I just happened to see Johnny and he right away got me in my unit. He is such a great employee. Please bless him with something for blessing us.
