Summit Park Apartments

Regular disturbances in the evening hours; regular police presence. Highly unsanitary premises and community laundry. Very old buildings. No real help or adequate communication from landlord who is Cascade Property Management.

I’ve lived at Summit Park Apartments for eight years. Lately two of my favorite neighbors are moving because they want to be closer to their families and new grandchildren. As long as the rent rate stays affordable, I hope to stay here longer.

Wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy having cigarette smoke infiltrate your apartment from other units. We have also had to fix our own toilet because no one from maintenance ever responded. It's been about 6 months and the request is still pending on the app.

Affordable income apartments, and they live up to that. If you can't afford anything else, they are just ok. The laundry room is filthy. Cigarette smoke infiltrates the apartments from other units, even though no smoking is allowed. The landlords won't do anything about it.

Apartments are old. Moldy. I'm still waiting on a new fridge from 7 months ago. There is absolutely NO parking. You have your designated parking spot, but other than that, you get nothing. Which sucks if you have a family with more than one vehicle. You get towed if you're in the extra parking. Even when there is sign that says 24 hour parking. We used to have extra parking, until the company decided to make their district office part of our campus. I'm moving asap. Also the park is a joke. There is so much grass, why don't they expand. Make more parking, make a bigger park, etc...
