Summit on Thomas Apartments

Areli the Manager deserves 10 🏆⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars. She has been very helpful since the day I walked in. I moved here from another Bullhead City. And she has made everything about living here... Easy. Thank you Areli. And the maintenance staff is always working.

I’m only giving this 5 stars so my review won’t be hidden. If I could rate this place it would be negative stars. If you’re looking for a decent apartment to move into, don’t try this one. They overcharge for trashy apartments that are infested with roaches and rats. Maintenance takes forever and a day to fix anything. The wall outlets are literally falling out of the walls. The power randomly goes out when you plug something in. Once you get something fixed, something else breaks down without fail. They don’t actually fix issues in your apartment, they give you temporary solutions that will break down. Our neighborhood pool was green and had mold growing in it, and they only cleaned it to take pictures for their website. Other than that it’s constantly dirty. They don’t really have places

Moved in July 15, discovered multiple issues that were guaranteed to be addressed and alleviated before my move in and then I have yet to get any of my maintenance requests fulfilled. Stove has gas leak and the surface of my range is burning hot. Was told by management that maintenance had “turned my stove off” (it is a GAS stove, so how and why is it on without a visible fire) and there was no leak. Not to mention, I hadn’t even been notified of such and my kitchen smells like a a car shop. I appreciate the speedy application approval, however, the OTHER problems I’ve experienced and addressed are far less important than fixing the death trap of a stove in my kitchen. I do not feel safe. I will be calling the fire department and Chamberlain and Associates.

I have lived at Summit on Thomas for almost a Year now under the Old Management Team and was thinking of moving when my Lease Expires at the end of September. Now that we have New Management I am Renewing my Lease. I would Love to Welcome Taylor and her Team to Summit on Thomas. I had a Recent Problem with my Wahing Machine and Taylor and her Team worked really hard on getting my Washing Machine working again….Thank You Taylor 😊 I am Pleased to Call Summit on Thomas my Home for Myself and my 2 Cats I also enjoy walking out my Front Door and walking around the Complex and seeing all the changes that are being made. I love how I am treated with respect and knowing that I am living in a Nice place now…unlike the Old Management who showed us that they did not want to be at the Complex. Since

Well, the tour of the property was done by a friendly property manager. It's quiet and remodeled stupid, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms. I moved into a studio which is bigger than my last apartment. A few minor repairs needed around the property but other than that a nice small complex.
