We are senior citizens in our 80s. We are locals having lived in the area 60 years. The move to the Summit was absolutely the best thing for us. Our end 1st floor 2 bedroom unit is quiet and very accessible. Yes it is a little small but perfect for us. This could easily be where we live the rest of our lives.
We have really enjoyed our time living here. This is a gem in a convenient and fun area. Our unit was perfect for our needs, the front office staff was always on-point and well organized, and maintenance was always prompt. I have nothing but good things to say about our time here, and would recommend it to anyone.
All I see on Craigslist for apartments for rent is your posts repeated and simply not affordable at all by a long shot for locals. Please post only one add at least so I can find an affordable place to live.
Nice quiet community. Accomodations are all new with garages.
