Spacious apartments with very modern appliances. They provide a fridge, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher in the kitchen. Plenty of counter space available for other appliannces as well. There is also ample kitchen closet space and a pantry available as well. The living room/dining room area isn't separated from the kitchen, which is great if you like open air designs, but probably could feel cramped if you don't. We have plenty of room for a large sectional couch, 75" tv, and a full work desk/bookstand in the living room area. They also provide plenty of closet space(Including 2 walk in closets), a huge bathroom with beautiful tile floors, and a washer dryer hookup. Prices are $1250 for a 1br, $1300 for an end unit. They have 2br as well, but not sure how much those are. Highly

Nice but not very suitable for small family. No noise barrier between levels makes living on bottom floor a nightmare. No playground for children and therefore over priced for the value. Apartment i leased was dirty and used as a show room, filled with stink bugs, had to ask management to come in and vacuum them up, that was like pulling teeth. Now that im gone they expect me to steam clean and disinfect the apartment !!! and then they expect tenants to leave 3 days before the end date of the lease so they prep the unit for next tenant ??? Unreal !!

This place was poorly built. Absolutely no sound barriers between apartments. You can hear every footstep and noise. Recessed light fixtures just seem to be missing in areas like the living room and dining area and bedroom where they should have been installed. The dishwasher broke and with the multiple calls and emails to the manager of the complex, he was completely unresponsive. They say you have to move out 3 days prior to the end date so they can flip for next tenants which should be illegal as a move to a new place wont typically accommodate you moving in on the 27th of the month. Last week there was a police raid of some sort at the other side of the complex. I hate to say trash lives here because some people are nice but unfortunately anyone can be living next you since they do
