Comfortable community. Property managers are easy to talk with and get ahold off. They keep the park clean and well maintained. Lot rent is reasonable. I would rather live here then in an apartment in town. The other residents and property managers are friendly.

Be very careful of renting from this management company You will sign a lease that will go to the end of the month but they require you to move out 10 days prior and they do not prorate the rent for those 10 days It gets worse, they will not notify you about this and they will charge you $50 for every HOUR you are in the place after your lease is up…… How do you charge someone a full month of rent and make them move out 10 days prior without pro-rating those 10 days???

I live in Sunny Acres we now have this group as management. I have felt very harassed by them since they have taken over. Their office workers are rude to many people, and they take an exceedingly long amount of time to get back to you.

Many neighbors and myself have had nonstop issues with summit. They give out notices to address what's wrong with your property and give 2 weeks to correct it. They chopped down a bunch of trees and ground the stumps and did horrible repair jobs on the holes. They cannot keep a full time manager on property for whatever reason either.

Since living at Campus Park all the staff have been extremely helpful with anything and everything we need. We have never had an issue with reaching any of the management. So kind and always efficient! :)
