Terrible place. Apartment isn’t too bad, but management and maintenance are horrible. Maintenance covered up water damaged moldy wood under my sink with another slab of wood, sink would flood onto my counters when upstairs neighbor did laundry and they claimed to fix it multiple times but it was never actually fixed, during winter my apartment was freezing (had times my apartment was below 60 despite heat being set at 70 so I had to get a space heater and electric bill was through the roof), and maintenance came into my apartment without informing me. My partner lived in the apartment next to mine and when his upstairs neighbor did laundry his kitchen would flood and they said there was nothing they could do about it. His bathroom also flooded once and they did the bare minimum to fix it.

Don’t recommend this place. We have a 2 bedroom apartment with our 5 yr old daughter (me and my wife) her room has had multiple leaks where the carpet has been completely soaked. Our daughter slept there and had severe mold/ lung issues to the point we made several ER visits and tons of medicine for her. Asked to fix the issue and they came in with a carpet steamer (as if that would do anything but agitate the mold) so now we are one bedroom short and she’s sleeping with us in our room. Lung issues completely gone and i have a healthy normal child again. (Which clearly shows the room is the issue) She was taking several treatments for her breathing and coughing. They won’t do anything about the horribly mildew carpet and walls. And won’t refund us a room or fix it. Very poor quality in

Stay FAR away. Maintenance and management are HORRIBLE. Maintenance will stop by, but you’ll only be able to tell they were there by the trail of dirt, garbage, and rusty screws they leave behind, not because they did any repairs. Nothing will be fixed or it’ll be the cheapest fix possible. They do not notify you when they are coming or what they are doing. Management has terrible communication and does not care about tenants. We have been without central air (which is part of the reason we chose this apt) for over two weeks in the middle of summer. ZERO communication from management without us calling. If you want anything to get done, prepare to call them daily. Their suggestion was that we keep the blinds closed…. In 90 degree weather. This place was given the landlord special — hair pa

Go 50 Front Apartments or Indian Ridge instead. I dont know which happened more: the pipes freezing, breaking, and/or an appliances breaking and you paying for the damage. The admin team is dedicated to making you leave for move out/broken lease fees. Everything is held together with bandaids and when it breaks it will be fixed with replacements that are so old I would think I am back in the 70s. There are hidden fees everywhere: do you live on the ground floor -> prepare for water damage, do you use a car -> nails falling off everywhere for your tires, moving out -> think AirBnB levels of hidden fees, cooking -> prepare for smoke detectors that will go off when normally using the over, and turn on the A/C -> collinder level insulation. I will end it on the worst of all the damn hard wate

I would not recommend leasing here to anybody. They are not honest or transparent in the process at all. Require a $300 deposit just to be on a waitlist. The waitlist is typically 6 months longer than they tell you and then will just keep telling you the next month after that. Then when they offer you a unit they will not give you any information on the unit but will expect you to commit to a year with no information and expect first month deposit right then and there. They will tell you to send the deposit when you can but then without giving you a deadline or timeline or any notice of rescinding an offer will rescind an offer right after if the deposit isn’t in after making you wait on a wait list for over 6 months. Poor communication from Nicole the leasing manager there and bad busines
