Dan Lee Home Inspection

Dan performed my inspection but I needed work done immediately after the sale and made the mistake of asking him for references. He referred me to couple of guys who entered the home without my knowledge or permission and began demolition on the house without any agreement in place. I was horrified! One of the guys worked part time as an adult monitor in a men's group home for the mentally challenged. The other, judging from his work, was a resident of the home. Neither were qualified or approved to be there, and the little work that was done all had to be redone at additional time, expense and materials. When I confronted Dan about it afterwards and offered to pay him to help me, he's too busy...he has other jobs...he's under a doctor's care and can't work...the excuses went on and on. So
