I am a new resident that moved in late December 2025. After moving in all of my belongings, days later, property management mistook our unit for a unit that needed to be "cleared out and prepped" for new tenants, not realizing that we WERE the new tenants and had already moved in. They wrongfully entered our unit while we were at work, and discarded EVERYTHING that we own. They threw it away like it was trash. Brand new clothing, TV, furniture, electronics, cash, jewelry, sentimental items, irreplaceable documents, family heirlooms etc.... EVERYTHING. Property management ADMITTED that they made the mistake. We have since demanded payment and reimbursement for the items that were STOLEN from us. They confirmed that we would be provided payment/ reimbursement for the items, however they
WARNING: Theft, negligence, and unsafe living conditions. I’ve lived in these apartments for several years, and I can confidently say that the level of service and responsibility here has dropped to an unacceptable level. Recently, one of the maintenance technicians entered my home while I was away and stole my audio amplifier. When I returned and discovered the theft, I immediately reported it. The management called me once, said they would “check internally,” and then disappeared. More than 24 hours have passed with no updates, no accountability, and no action. Because of this, I am filing a police report for theft and will be reporting the incident to all appropriate housing and regulatory agencies. That same technician entered my home wearing dirty shoes without shoe covers, walked
I just applied for the unit and 3 times on moving day that supposed unit be ready it wasn’t, just imagine getting uhall and moving company but until isn’t ready, just saying sorry next day is ready but same situation, terrible management. Also assistant manager building told us we don’t have manager anymore and i am handling problems, i can see why everyone complaining about community because it doesn’t have manager and they are not following , just lies and then saying sorry. Terrible management . My unit in contract says 1/19/2026 start and wasn’t ready, and already they took my money order and not changing the contract date. The best way for saving time is open small clime court rather than to lessen lie just . I hope i could upload the video to show how was the carpet.
Avoid Living at The Summit – Extremely Disappointing Experience The only positive thing about living at The Summit is the hardworking maintenance team — they respond quickly and do their best. Unfortunately, everything else about this community is a nightmare. Where do I even begin? • Wildlife and Sanitation Issues: The property is overrun with coyotes and rats. Yes, rats. Dead rats have been spotted around the community multiple times. It’s unsanitary and honestly disgusting. Add to that dog feces everywhere clearly no enforcement of pet waste rules. • Unsafe Environment: Residents constantly speed through the neighborhood, making it extremely dangerous for kids to play outside. The community does nothing about this ongoing issue. • Poor Communication: Trying to get help or a response fro
I’ve been at The Summit since 2013 and have called this home for many years. Over the years, the quality, professionalism and tenant care and or concerns go ignored I’ve had work orders in since July to again fix my very outdated dishwasher ( 3rd time since last Dec) water stains from 3 years ago, rotted baseboards, original carpet( torn, shredded and what comes out in the vacuum is disgusting ) and have had sinus issues and paint I’ve been told that self has to move out all furniture for anything to be replaced and the vinyl flooring can only be done with a doctors note Most recently, the quality of care I’ve received is atrocious!! The assistant manager needs to be fired and bookkeeping was just as rude and unprofessional My unit has not have the vents cleaned since my move-in ( 13 year
