Summit at Walnut Creek Apartments

I’ve had a great experience with this apartment community! The property is well-maintained, the grounds are clean, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. It really feels like a place where the staff cares about the residents. I especially want to recognize Jasmyn in the front office. She is always welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. Whether I’ve had a question about my lease or needed assistance with a small issue, she has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear she truly cares about the people who live here, and that makes a big difference. Great staff, great service, and a great place to live — I highly recommend this community!

I've really enjoyed living here. The staff has always been really helpful. The maintenance team gets things done quickly. The apartments are really nice. It's pretty quiet here, and I like how peaceful it is. I don't plan on leaving any time soon.

I have been considering moving to this area, so I stopped by today to check out a few units. The place honestly surprised me; super clean, really well kept, and way nicer than most of the other complexes I’ve toured. I had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha, who is the property manager. She was genuinely one of the most professional and easygoing people I’ve talked to during this whole search. Made the whole walkthrough feel smooth and zero pressure, which was a huge plus. Having a good property manager that listens to concerns and is willing to help is one of my highest priorities after having experienced living in communities where management and maintenance could never been reached. My mom lives here and I worry about her safety and health. The person upstairs is constantly stomping and yelling. When I visit, It’s not normal noise because of thin walls as the office states. It’s excessive. When she goes to the office for help, which the staff is very dismissive, the noise gets worse. She’s not able to sleep or relax. They do not care about the well being of their residents. After seeing management’s response, I feel it’s important to clarify for any prospective residents that this issue has been reported multiple times over several weeks. Unfortunately, these concerns have not been taken seriously. The most recent time my mother attempted to address the situation directly, the interaction was dismissive.
