Bloomfield Homes at Eagle Glen

Closed on our home on 1/31/25. The process was smooth sailing. Val and Todd were so easy to work with, they made the entire process seamlessly easy. They always answered our questions and reached out if and when there was any issue. We never intended to move to Eagle Glen, the only reason we did was because of the hospitality that was shown to us.

As someone already stated they wait until your warranty is out and than say its cosmetic, but I told you when I moved in. How can something be cosmetics when I've been here for less than 6mos. And now a year later still trying to get repairs done that should have been taken care of at inspection. A few neighbors don't have installation on one half side of the house and we have 2 walls with no installation? Yes the homes are nice and look pretty, but what about durability and long standing structures. I thought they be good because my mother used them 13yr ago but I guess the construction team changed and only cared about getting money not workmanship. Buyer beware do not buy homes here I live in the Stonegate Manor on Alvarado on the other side of 67 and these peoples warranty is a scam their houses are flimsy they may look good and you may be excited about your new home but look elsewhere because when you have issues all they do is make excuse after excuse ...our house and AC system has been falling apart since day one and they keep putting us off until now we were out of warranty and it’s the same thing for our whole neighborhood they ignore you until you’re out of warranty or push you off or decline fixing things and then once you’re out of warranty they raise the warranty flag on you do not buy a home here repeat do not buy a home here!!!!
