I’ve lived here for three years. Overall my experience has been mostly good, except for a few ongoing issues that are impossible to ignore. The biggest problem is the fire alarms. Every single year I’ve lived here, the alarms go off because of burst pipes. Every single year. And it is not just during the day. It is often in the middle of the night for 20 to 30 minutes at a time, usually multiple nights in a row. This is completely unacceptable and a major safety concern. I have never lived in another apartment complex where this was a recurring issue. It affects my sleep and spikes my anxiety every time. Ongoing Issues Despite Great Staff I currently live in this complex and want to start by recognizing the people who truly make a positive difference here: Ashley in the leasing office, Mirtha from housekeeping, and Juan, Jorge, Luis, and Alvaro from the maintenance team. They are consistently friendly, always with a smile, hardworking, supportive, and they try their best every day to keep things running. Unfortunately, the main problems come from the administration and current management. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but the conditions don’t reflect that.The pool has been green and unusable for several summers, despite management saying it’s “cleaned daily,” which appears to mean only chemical testing—not actual professional cleaning. I’ve really enjoyed living here. The leasing office has been amazing and very helpful anytime I’ve needed them. Mirtha keeps the place smelling refreshed daily. The amenities have been nice especially the pool. The grills have always worked and work well. I can’t forget to mention the coffee shop.. WOW it’s nice to have Karmic Grounds a few steps away.

UPDATE from my review 2 years ago… I’ve lived here for 4 years, and my experience has been mediocre. Where is our rent money going? Our apartments aren’t luxurious. While I love Ashley at the front desk, Mirtha, the Maintenance staff, and some of my neighbors, that is about it. First, let me say that the footage you see online is inaccurate. I’m positive that the pictures and videos you see were posted when the complex first opened. I saw great management for one of the years I’ve been here—that was 2 years ago, with different management. Since then, it’s been in the toilet. We have ZERO community events. Other communities have monthly events. Ours aren’t even quarterly. Management doesn’t communicate with anything that’s broken or going on in our property. For example, all the fob ent
