Summit at Sausalito

I’ve lived here for three years now, and I absolutely love this place. The management is always incredibly helpful, especially Kait. She’s a calm and composed person who’s always willing to lend a hand, especially in challenging situations. During the construction of my unit, she was incredibly supportive and helpful. She even assisted me in communicating with the appropriate upper management personnel during that time. Compared to the previous management, Kait has completely transformed my perspective on this place. While it hasn’t been perfect all three years of living here, I’m still satisfied with my experience at Summit at Sausalito and would recommend living here.

My family and I have lived in this community for 19 years. It was formerly owned by Archstone and has been managed by Catalyst Housing Group since 2021. Since the change in ownership, we have noticed a significant decline in the quality of the complex. Under Archstone’s management, the property was well organized, the staff was professional and friendly, and maintenance was quick and efficient. Today, under Catalyst Housing Group, everything has deteriorated drastically. There appears to be far too much work for too few employees, resulting in constant staff turnover. The office staff is often unfriendly and unhelpful. The apartments are very old, and during the rainy season there are frequent leaks, especially around the windows. Repairs are often cheap and temporary rather than proper

I’ve had a great experience here! Everyone who lives here is nice and for the most part respectful of being quiet at night. The staff is very friendly, especially the maintenance staff. They make an effort to get to know and say hi to everyone as they are working. The hot tub is actually heated and the pool too (though anything colder than a hot tub I’m not doing unless it’s very hot outside). I love my apartment, the only issue I’ve had was a dishwasher on the fritz that was completely replaced with a brand new one that week. All in all, I’m planning to resign my lease because I’ve enjoyed it so much!

Been here for a couple of months and this may be one of my favorite communities I've stayed in Marin county. The staff takes pride in their work, maintenance is always seen touching up the property, and the community is quiet and everyone is respectful. The view is icing on top.

Great place to call home! Super quiet and everyone is very pleasant. Love that it is close to the hiking trails. Happy we found it. Follow up several months later: Maintenance team is next level. Shoutout to Adam for fixing an issue within a few hours. Literally saving the day while we were at work. Love this place.
