As others have said, great place to live. Facilities are nice and kept very clean, and all the employees at the front desk are kind and helpful. Great access to all downtown has to offer, including the sports stadiums, restaurants, bars, and work (if you work downtown).

Beautiful condominiums with views all around! From the south side you get a view of South Mountain and the southern part of Phoenix. Looking east you can watch the planes come in or have a fantastic view of the ballpark and relax by watching people coming and going. The view to the north gives you the downtown Phoenix area and looking west provides magnificent sunsets and the opportunity for watching the summer storms rolling in towards town. I have lived at the Summit at Copper Square since 2010. Amazing views. Construction quality is great (we never hear our neighbors). The overnight security person, Moneer, has been with the management team since the building opened. I heard he guarded the property pre-construction when it was just a dirt lot. Gym has all the equipment you need, and 2 other gyms are within 5 minute walk. Two new grills, a new pool, and good parking (our spot is two cars long). Our kids love having a Bosa Donuts shop in the building to get donuts, boba drinks, croissant sandwiches, and smoothies. We can walk to the best games (suns, dbacks) in 2 minutes, and every major concert tour comes through the arena downtown. This is a great place. If you like a view, this is the place. It is well maintenanced, and a friendly staff. (Maneer could use a cup of be nice) Brian is fantastic, and Pearl is an absolute sweetheart. All around a lovely place to live. Wish I did. Lol
