Live in your car, spending even an hour here you will have to fumigate your belongings from the bugs alone. The landlord is in insane woman who will target you if you stand up for yourself or have pets, this place runs at less than legal operations and regardless of living in the office building or not you will be harassed by the staff the second you go outside or open a window, they will look into you’re windows and “forget” about repairs, you’re lucky if pest control comes on the days they announce if at all, and if you need to get in contact with you well that’s if she even shows up to the office lol let alone answers her emails. College street apartments look like a luxury apartment complex compared to the amount of issues you’ll have here.

If you want to clean and clean and still live with infestations and the flooding of sewage in the tub, sinks, and toilets and runs into the carpet. Not fit for animals to live in.

Location is nice and convenient but... Maintenance: *They will make you give every dime you have and let you sit on the second floor apartment without air conditioner at the end of July with the temperature over 80 degrees outside and the windows don't open. The only window that would open was the middle bedroom and there was a big tree blocking any of the air flow that would be able to come inside. They would give you a portable air conditioner that blew the exhaust out the back but there was nowhere to blow the exhaust but back into the room and it would get hotter. Imagine going outside in over 80 degrees with no breeze just to cool off from being "home". We had to leave our home to be comfortable and still had to pay for it. If I could give 0 I would. This is the most disgusting place I have ever lived at! The roaches are completely out of hand and the new manager is a complete joke!! How about fixing the interior problems instead of trying to fix the outside to make it "look" better. New manager is money hungry and will not work with you at all. And why is rent being raised for such a nasty place? DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. you will regret putting a single dollar into these death traps! New manager, get off your high horse and help your tenants!

We have never had roaches anywhere we've lived and we've been here a month now & still haven't seen a single roach! We needed freeon in our AC unit and it was put in the very next day, our neighbors in our breezeway are quiet, all 7 of them! Can't speak for the other buildings though because I have no idea. Whitley is great!
