360 Management Group

Struggled with the maintenance portal as the phone number goes to a 3rd party that doesn’t provide true updates - terrible experience with that part. The group was quick to fix issues when I could speak to them directly though. Don’t think it’s their fault - maybe more of a system setup issue? Mainly writing the review bc they were super honest and fair about the security deposit refund, which is rare! The people at the office are kind and helpful.

Ive been renting from 360 for a little over a month and i have had nothing but good experiences with them so far. Everyone ive spoken too from the beginning is very polite and friendly. Its very easy and convenient to manage rent payments and other stuff on the portal and i had an issue with my fridge and they had someone out the very next day to look at it. Great company 👌

Management would rather argue with and berate tenants than have a serious discussion about legitimate issues. Very unprofessional conduct by office staff.

360 started out being a great company till they weren't. My wife and I got into a financial mess with her family and she lost her job and they took us to eviction court. They refused to give us another week to make sure we got all our belongings into storage forcing us to give up everything we had. They act like they care till they don't. The last time I paid my rent I was given a notice stating how much I owed and I went and got a money order and turned it in and then turned around and they said we still owed 100 but that amount wasn't on the notice. Everyone of them have a bad attitude especially Melanie and Kendra. The main reason we were even getting behind was because the owner refused to replace a leaking commode and it was making my water bill astronomically high. They just kept hal

360 just took over area i live in a boy were they on my AC unit issues fast!! Was here the next morning and problem fixed in no time Sure like what im seeing from 360. Thank you kindly
