Summers Corner

Great neighbors and people. But it ends there. Do not move here. You’ve been warned. Your cell phone will not work, the schools are terrible and it’s 20+ minutes of heavy traffic to get anywhere. It’s hotter and more humid than you can possibly imagine all summer long. We stayed for 10 months and left.

There's a shooting range very near this development. Every weekend and some weekdays from sun up to sun down are gunshots echoing through the neighborhood. Am I in the ghetto or a nice neighborhood? If you work from home, forget about quiet— there are also ATVs, dirt bikes, and loud cars all day long. The homes are so close together that I can hear every word spoken by my neighbors during their arguments. Too many people don't pick up their dog's feces. Children are often in the roads unsupervised. Sure, the development looks pretty on the outside, but the aforementioned details result in constant frustration.

Really nice place. The food was good and the price was great. The staff are very friendly. Next time you're out give it a try you will not be disappointed.

This is an interesting planned development. The developer/builder has promised some cool stuff so if that comes through fruition it should be pretty nice. I'm told the schools that are nearby, some of them actually adjacent to the neighborhood, are good. And although there are no grocery stores or other shops nearby yet, the newspaper is reported that there will be a major grocery store anchoring a shopping center sometime in 2026.
