Pretty run of the mill as far as HOAs go. Typically not as representative of the community as could be, but most HOAs aren't (due to low participation). For having a pool and the annual fee, it's not too bad.

Why can ducks be shot with arrows and left to die with all the rule its crazy I 've called still no call back so you can't kill the grass but shooting ducks in and leaving them to die ok thanks HOA for all your help

Love to point out flaws in everybody's properties and fine you but when you point out work that needs to be done they make excuses.

Doesn't do anything other than cash your check and find ways to fine you!
