Summerlyn Apartments

I give this property an 4.5 only for the on site staff! If I were grading the owner(s), they would get a zero! The owners do the absolute bare minimum but will raise your rent faithfully every year! I have had to build my haven myself honestly! When I came in, I gave my expectations to the front office, they showed me 2 apartments. The first one I was like NO! The manager said, I got something for you! Give me a few days and you can come look at it! I saw the apartment, it had some issues that the office worked with me to get done. The issues they couldn’t get resolved, honestly, I know how to go it myself so I did! 🥴

The property at Summerlyn is nice, clean i don't have any issues with pest. I have been a resident for 3 years. The property management team is top tier. Lanita is awesome and very attentive to residents needs. Maylynn is nice and always very helpful. Overall I am pleased as a resident. Summerlyn is one of the best priorities I've resided at. I Highly recommend.

If you value your mental health don’t move here, moved here in November and 5 days later found mices in my unit, staffs are unprofessional and the property manager is no good at all. The maintenance man is probably the worst because all he barely don’t know how to do anything at all. I swear I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move here at this point I’m better off moving back to the hood.
