I’ve had such a positive experience at summerhouse; I could not recommend it more for anyone moving into the area (this is a great spot for any grad students moving into state & attending LECOM). The amenities/buildings are managed so well, everything is very clean & well kept. Maintenance is super on top of things as well (s/o Alfredo). The best part about SH is the awesome staff (s/o Laura) that really cares about the residents and are so cheerful and friendly. My move in process was so quick and easy, all thanks to them!

Unfortunately my experience has not been a great one. I live in NH and my husband and I were looking for a rental until we can buy a home. Where do I start? The advertisement was two months free to move into, don’t be fooled we paid 3+ grand for an apartment we didn’t technically own until December( this is October). The staff showed us a beautiful “staged” apartment that would be identical to the one we rented. Don’t fall for it! Nothing worked in our top floor corner space. It was all carpet which the staged apartment did not have. The toilets didn’t work, garbage disposal so no use of the kitchen sink and our key fabs didn’t not work. The master bedroom mirror was broken which I reported and the lovely women at the front desk informed me that WILL not get fixed so write it down on the d

Love the community. Laura especially is such a welcoming presence. She goes above and beyond for every resident and makes the place feel like home. Now that the amenities are back, they’ve been amazing and kept clean thanks to Carmelo and the maintenance team.

The community is nice and well taken care of. The amenities are always clean, and at the office, Laura is amazing — she is so sweet and kind and helps from her heart. She is the soul and the light of the office and always a pleasure to talk to and get help from. She truly deserves a bonus to her paycheck.
