Summerhill Apartments

I lived here for almost two years, and overall it was a solid experience. Maintenance was always quick, and I never had any issues with property management. For the relatively low rent, the apartments are decent and the amenities cover the basics. The appliances were new when I moved in, though they sometimes felt a bit on the cheaper side. The location was convenient, especially with Walmart and several other businesses just a short drive away, which made errands easy. During my stay, we did deal with a few random fire alarms, but it seems those issues have been resolved in recent months. The parking lot could really use repaving—it would make the whole community look and feel much nicer. The roof was recently repaired, and that project was handled smoothly with minimal disruption. I literally cannot speak highly enough of this complex. Going in, I was so nervous after hearing horror stories from other complexes, but from the initial tour, signing the lease, and every interaction since, the management and maintenance teams have went above and beyond for us. We have lived here for almost a year and it is quiet and peaceful. Any maintenance request has quickly been addressed by respectful and hardworking employees. The pool and the gym are always well kept. I would definitely recommend this complex.

Beautiful place to live! We lived here for almost a year and now we need to relocate to the different city. If I could I would teleport this community with us! Very quiet and clean! I never saw even one roach! No bugs! It’s in the building 800)) We had a pond view and the sunsets are so beautiful! You can see a lot of birds here, especially in winter)) Who will take our space after us will be very lucky. Office team is amazing! Very good maintenance service! And the most important- super friendly neighbors. The pool is always clean and never has a super loud parties. It was important for me because of our baby. It’s a great location. That said, management has been very communicative throughout the application process, allowing me to do most paperwork from my own home approximately two months prior to moving in. When I arrived on move-in day, Jeanine, the current property manager, was courteous and explanative. I walked into my new unit and was shocked at how updated all appliances were and how clean the unit is. My last few apartments have been disgusting on move-in, needing consistent cleanings for months just to attempt to remove smells and full washings of WALLS to pull debris and scents off of them. Summerhill is a good place to call home when your real home is 700 miles away. This is my second time to live here as we moved home for a few months. As soon as I knew we were moving back the first thing I did was contact Beau, one of the assistant managers. He has always been wonderful in assisting me with all my needs. Jade, the manager, is always just an email away. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly, usually same day resolution. The Owners are also excellent as they take pride in the complex. I have read many of the reviews left here which are very negative in some cases. Unfortunately, whether it be a condo on the golf course with HOA fees, a multimillion dollar housing neighborhood, or Summerhill Apartments, there will always be those people who think the rules don’t ap
