Summerhill Apartments

great place to live, peaceful been living there for 6 years come february . rent is starting to go up often with no upgrade's to the property or apartments at least not mine.

Wonderful!!!! Great comfort in having a police officer, with patrol vehicle so it's seen and known. Grounds well kept, as well as no trash. The only thing I saw that was semi unpleasant was the easement between the apartments and school, besides that just great!!! Thinking of moving in myself!!!

I been here since 2013! Property has gone down. Rent is always increasing, no updates and potholes throughout the complex. No workout room.

I absolutely love Summerhill. My boyfriend and I lived in the Townhome for a year and during that time we barely needed anything repaired, it has a laundry shoot that was simply amazing and great, quiet location. The only thing I hated was the random roaches that would come about but I honestly think my neighbor had something to do with that. There are bi-monthly sprays, water is paid through the complex, if you don't have a washer/dryer then Ms Linda (property manager and angel from heaven) will give you any that she may have (sometimes old tenants donate old w/d). My boyfriend lives in the apts in the front now and the only thing that sucks is the parking but the parking for the townhomes are great so no worries. I HAVE BEEN A RESIDENT HERE FOR OVER 13 YEARS AND THE NEW REGIONAL MANAGER IS RUDE HE ACTUALLY ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT MY COMPLAINTS THE ACTUAL MANAGER IS NEW AND GOES BY THE BOOK THE RENT HAS GONE UP NUMEROUS TIMES OVER THE YEARS WITH NO ADDED AMENITIES (NO COURTESY OFFICER ,NO SECURITY OFFICERS , POOL NEVER OPENS ON TIME , PARKING IS TERRIBLE , AND THERES NO GATE )THERE ARE NO UPGRADES TO APARTMENTS AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS PLEASE DON'T LOOK HERE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE I AM MOVING ASAP
