Although this apartment complex has gone through several management changes over the years, the current team has truly been a breath of fresh air. I’ve felt heard and respected...they consistently take the time to listen to my concerns, address issues promptly, and follow through with real solutions. I’ve witnessed noticeable improvements across the property under their leadership, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making this a better place to live. The customer service is amazing! Cameron is the manager he is no joke lol… Brian greets you the moment the door opens and Lynn seals the deal with her knowledge and thoroughness of the fees and when I can move in. This is by far the best leasing team this place has seen in years! Property is improving on cleanliness, customer service and just the overall day to day!!! Someone is ALWAYS available no matter the phone, email or on the property! Excited to move in!!!

I’ve spoken with management several times about serious safety issues in this community, including my car being broken into. The front gate has been broken for over a year, leaving the property completely unsecured. Groups of individuals often hang around the entrance and the playground area, creating a very unsafe environment for residents and visitors. My friend was even stopped at the gate by strangers pretending to be security, which was extremely alarming. It’s heartbreaking to see this neighborhood decline like this. Residents, including teenagers, have been put in unsafe situations, and management hasn’t taken any real steps to improve security. Please be cautious before moving here until management addresses these ongoing safety problems.

Brian an Cameron from the leasing team plays no games at all about there tenants they are very professional an will go over an beyond to make sure any problems are tooken well care of it's no doubt they will make sure that u good just like family an that's real I stand on that I love the apartments well taken care of an very family oriented
