Summer Village Apartments

I have loved my time at Sunmer Village. Clean grounds, friendly community and a safe place for kids to play. The property manager Heather is attentive and always available even with after hours emergencies always handled quickly. I love how the kids are able to play safely together in the community we live in and when there are situations they are handled appropriately to protect everyone’s children

I’ve been living here a little over a year. It has been a wonderful experience. The manager Heather is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about the well-being of us residents. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartments are well-maintained, and the community atmosphere is fantastic. I couldn't be happier with my decision to make summer village as my home. Highly recommended!

**Warning!** Please do not rent from this company. The property managers are incompetent. I lived there for 2.5 years, and while my first few months were great under a different, attentive property manager, things took a drastic turn when Heather and her boyfriend/husband took over management. During our yearly inspections, they consistently found issues with the fire alarms. We also had ongoing problems with our garbage disposal and other maintenance issues that they noted, but no one ever came to fix them. As a working mother of three children, I simply do not have the time to remind someone to do their job. We moved out about a month ago and were told that we could not break our lease without a 30-day notice. I provided that notice, but Heather misinterpreted it as a lesser notice and

I have been living at summer village for a year and it has been an exceptional experience. The management team truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone's needs are met. Maintenance is always prompt and does their best to keep everything in top condition. The community has a variety of people which includes friendly and welcoming neighbors, and the amenities are fantastic. I highly recommend summer village to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I've been living at summer village for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. Recently, we had an issue with a problematic resident who was causing a lot of trouble for the community, Melissa. The management team handled the situation with professionalism as fellow residents took swift legal action to resolve it. They truly care about creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. The maintenance team is also fantastic, always responsive and thorough. Summer village is a better place to live without Melissa in it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community.
