Summer Place Apt Homes

Where do I start off. We were NEEDING a place ASAP. The manger Jessica is AMAZING, she truly cares for the tenants and goes above and beyond for us. She’s not like most places where they just dust you under the rug and do it for the pay check. Whatever we need or any issues she’s always there for us whenever we need her and replies VERY quickly via text. She doesn’t feel like just a manger, she has a kind heart and is always doing her best to meet our needs as tenants. She feels like family. Also, thank you to the supervisor who accepted us faster than we were told!!! This complex is well kept, nice, roomy, and very quiet night and day. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on our apartment and the space it has. It’s very comfortable and feels like home. Summer place will NOT disappoint!

The manager Jessica is honestly the sweetest person ever! She helped me with the application process and when everything was full I thought we would never move anytime soon until something finally became available and we will be future residents! Super excited! I really appreciate her because a lot of places where we went to go see everyone was rude and not helpful at all. She really made the process 10 times better and smoother! Thank you!!!

I’ve had a great experience with everything from the beginning of the application. Jessica the apartment manager has great customer service She genuinely cares about her tenants, thank you! Neighborhood is quite, apartment are nice and spacious.

These apartments are great ! And Jessica the manager is so sweet & always so helpful any problem or issue always get taken care of right away... love how clean and nice it always is here. Overall these are great apartments! You won’t be disappointed!

It was nice living here these past 2 years but had to leave due to needing a small space . Management was great since day 1 and I am great full for her and all the needs she was able to do for us in a timely manner. I would total recommend this apartment complex to anyone . 😆
