Summer Hill Apartments

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience living in this apartment community. The leasing office staff are extremely kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything you need. They truly care about residents and make you feel welcome from day one. Maintenance is excellent—whenever something breaks or needs attention, they respond very quickly and fix the problem without delay. The whole team works hard to make living here comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a supportive management team and a well-maintained place to live.

I moved in Oct 2025 and I'm extremely happy with overall professionalism and care the staff has. Even though the apartment is older its well taken care of and anything I needed was handled quickly. The office takes their time to explain everything and they offer many community events.

Summer Hills complex is delightful. It’s clean and well maintained. The staff is welcoming and there to answer any and all of your questions or concerns. Grateful I'm overjoyed with the Staff at The Summer Hill Apartments on Whitehurst Dr. I am a resident and when I say that "they take care of You" , I mean it ...They take care of you. I haven't had many issues since my move in, and any that I have had, have been addressed IMMEDIATELY. The maintenance staff is phenomenal! Always professional and on time for any issues that may arise. They listen and then go to work, ensuring that your issue or problem is resolved. I am grateful that I moved to the Summer Hill Complex. I have never had such a great experience living in an apartment complex. Summer Hill became a family to me. Come check the out, you'll love to live here just like I do.

4 stars because I don’t live here but when touring I really could appreciate how well taken care of the complex is. They have fire extinguishers in each unit as well as fire stoppers. Some units have a lot of carpet but the layout is thoughtfully laid out. The shelves are also super stable for the age which is a bonus for me because my first Dallas 1970s apartment shelves fell to the floor lol. Many of the employees also live on site, so I feel like if employees are willing to stay here the apartment complex is a fairly decent place to live. No strict towing rules. Definitely been thinking about signing a lease here after continuous apartment searches. It’s also super economical and near she station, which is ideal
