Summer Grove

I couldn't ask for a better affordable, semi updated apartment. It is a great location to grocery store, Walgreens and plenty of good eating spots. The new Management is Awesome. Tania is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. She really takes her time with people to make sure they understand their lease and any questions or concerns you may have. The maintenance guy Daniel is very knowledgeable and respectful when to your home when he needs to enter your home for repairs. They are always welcoming and smiling. Thankful for a place to feel secure and safe. Best of all to call Home!!!

I've lived at Summer Apartments for 2 years now. They are very good about informing residents about any changes or unexpected occurances. Tania is a great property manager and she's always ready to help where she can. The maintenance man Daniel is always very helpful and let's you know what to expect and usually has an expected time frame for repairs. Tania and Daniel keep things running smoothly.

I recently stayed here for a week and had a great experience. The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Management was friendly and responsive, and everything felt safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I moved into Summer Grove a few weeks ago and I have zero complaints. My apartment was ready early and I received a phone call letting me know which was very helpful. The application process was efficient and the quickest I’ve seen for any complex. Casey has always answered all of my questions and remained professional and attentive. I am so glad I get to call summer grove my home. My apartment is beautiful. Every complex has its issues and I am particular about where I live and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve attached some photos(the dining room isn’t one of them because I don’t have my table and chairs yet) you can clearly see it is clean and comfortable. Disregard my own mess. I can’t say enough great things about Tania and Daniel! They are professional, responsive, and they genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which makes it such a great experience.
