Summer Green Apartments

Omg, JADA was beyond helpful, she was so kind and patient with the entire process and got me settled in quickly, all over online. Just paid in person and got keys and given a rundown of the place. Not to mention, she was the kindest sweetest and the most patient person I've dealt with by moving in. 10/10 recommend JADA.

I wouldn't advise anyone to rent from Summer Green apartments. They be wanting you to give them your banking information and to link your bank account to one of their website, that what they did to me and I said heck no and he or she said That they was canceling my application and I said go right ahead, I'm not giving my banking information to noone, now I'm waiting for my Deposit back or I be suing them like misty ridge apartments, for my Deposit.. I don't recommend neither. Beware people...and they be texting you from an burner phone.and when you try to call them the phone be disconnected.

Visited the property today and was greeted so kindly by Jada and her team. Jada was super helpful, kind, and made the whole visit easy. The office was really clean and welcoming too. Overall, such a great experience!

The Manager on site was a very nice Lady that got back to me very quickly and helped me throughout the entire process with any questions or concerns I could have had. They got me into my apartment in less than 2 days fully cleaned with no immediate issues. Overall a Very lovely first time renting experience.

Jada is phenomenal. She’s has been so patient with me , and my partner as we’re young adults finding ourselves renting for the first time. She has walked us through everything so gracefully, and we couldn’t ask for a better person to help us. SEE JADA !
