Summer Creek

Not the best place. The first month I lived here, police were already in the parking lot. Being next to a high school makes traffic a pain after work. My apartment had issues when I moved in, and five months later, most still aren’t fixed. The gym and laundry room have broken equipment, one gate doesn’t work, and the mailbox room’s been broken into multiple times. Management is okay — the main manager is consistent, but staff turnover is high. The pool closes too early (8 p.m.), and missionaries are allowed in despite signs saying otherwise. Frequent water and boiler problems, plus roaches are common. The good: rent’s decent, water’s included, pet rent is waived with a doctor’s note, and you can finally pay online. Lived in Summer Creek for over 3 years. In my experience the apartment was nice and enjoyable. Office staff and management changed a few times and that is never fun. Maintenance was always professional. We did have a small issue with leaking in our unit and the occasional issue related to weather. Ultimately, we left when the latest ownership took over. It was a painless moving experience at first. I didn't have any issues until I needed assistance from the office. The staff at the time was LESS than helpful. All things considered, for the price, living at Summer Creek was a good experience.

I have been living in this apartment for many years. I really enjoy this apartment. I have a lot of good next door neighbors. Different Managements and their Managers, Including Leonor Garcia, are hardworking and they care about the concern of Residents. I love to make this apartment my home, if it's possible.

Staff is very attentive as soon as I walked in and was able to tell me right away if they had a unit available when I told them what I was looking for. Rose was able to show me unit right away and explain everything to me. Rose was super friendly and has a very nice personality. I definitely recommend them and the apartments are well kept.

After they switched owners back in 2022 it went downhill. Happy from the front office didnt want to confirm the cancellation (when my lease ended and i sent the notice) to the new apt complex thankfully she made a certain type of impression to them that they accepted us without summer creeks confirmation... also my apt no matter how clean and how many fumigations always roaches the small ones.
