Sullivan Place

I lived at Sullivan Place for approximately four and a half years. For most of that time, things were manageable. However, the final year of my residency was incredibly stressful and ultimately what forced me to leave. During that last year, I began experiencing excessive noise from the neighbors directly above me. I fully understand that apartment living comes with shared walls and normal sound transfer — footsteps, occasional movement, etc. What I was experiencing went well beyond that. The disturbances were persistent and disruptive. When I reported the issue, management repeatedly characterized it as “normal apartment living.” Those were their words. Very disappointing experience with Sullivan Place. Management constantly adds unexpected additional charges that were never clearly explained. Even after moving out, we received a long list of extra fees that seemed unreasonable. Communication with the management is very difficult. They are not willing to work with tenants or offer any flexibility, and it feels like they are always looking for ways to charge more money. Overall, the experience felt very stressful and unfair. I would recommend future tenants to read every detail very carefully and be prepared for many additional charges.

‼️ ‼️ ‼️ I lived in this property for 5 years. I’ve lived in many apartments over the years, but this was by far the most disappointing experience. The management here is completely unreasonable when it comes to move-out costs. Despite leaving my unit spotless and in great condition, I was hit with outrageously high and unfair charges for things that were already worn from normal use — including items that should have been replaced or maintained by the property in the first place. They claimed to “replace” small things like blinds , parking permit that has been already returned, lightbulbs and dryer parts and then charged thousands(2.3k) of dollars for them. I have been living here for about 7 months now and the apartment mangers and leasing office has been great! Constance in particular has been a very helpful, kind, professional and energetic woman! she has help make my process very easy! Any questions and concerns i have she is the first to assist and help in anyway she can and goes the extra mile! The complex is very nice and well kept with great amenities!

Constance is the absolute best!!! She is prompt on responding to residents regarding any issue. Absolutely enjoy living here and knowing our Resident service manager actually cares and will go over and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. We have lived here going on 3 years and couldn’t be happier!
