We completed a range of projects with Sullivan Homes including a second floor build-out, a full home renovation, and a demolish/new construction build. Each project was completed as designed, within the agreed upon price, and with high quality plus great attention to detail. His team is easy to work with, making large / complex construction projects as stress free as possible. He worked well with our architect and provided some great input into the design to improve usability. We've referred Eric to numerous friends and colleagues who also had a stellar experience building unique homes which they enjoy. Highly recommended

Sullivan Homes built a home of exceptional quality on a very challenging lot in Decatur, GA. He employed a team of experts in every element of the project, which required significant engineering and landscape design. His local knowledge of the city code and familiarity with local officials were invaluable. After living in the home for one year, we haven’t had any problems and are very happy with our home.

We only have positive things to share about Sullivan Homes! We just moved into our 2nd Sullivan Home and could not be more pleased with the entire process: Eric and his team are unlike any other. They take input along the way and stayed on budget and schedule, doing everything from concept and design to finishing work. It’s unlikely that we will move again but if we do, it will be in another Sullivan Home!
