John is excellent to work with and very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. We found Suits Homes by accident and are very happy we did. We've owned a Modular home for years and when we decided to move to Moore County we knew we wanted a modular. Suits Homes offered value that no other builder was willing to included. They included back filling around the foundation, gutters and downspouts and an elaborate foundation drain system that we didn't realize we needed. This included visiting multiple modular home companies in search of the right floor plan and gather design ideas.
