Everything i own is gone and was auctioned off. Now they are still sue me to get 648 dollars.
The place is not very clean and not in a very safe area. At one time when I went to get something out of the unit I was trapped inside of the fenced in area for over 40 minutes waiting to get a response from the company on how to get out of the gate. The car had run through the fence and they had jury rigged a temporary fence and did not verify that the electronic button to open the gate to get out worked. I never got an apology or any sign of concern from the company. Also when I canceled the unit I was still charged a full months rent because I didn’t give a seven day notice. Also I had my credit card information in jeopardy not because of harden but other sources and had to cancel the card. The day the next payment was due harden called me about not being able to process the payment,
I have a storage with them and now I am applying for a house for rent from them.
