Management Listens! Had to go to management for the first time in the two years I’ve lived here over a parking dispute. The response was quick and I actually felt like Luz and the team really came through. In a big way. I’m handicapped. I should not have to compete for what was intended as handicapped parking even if age faded the paint. Especially when I have a placard. All of our neighbors respected that and left the spot. But then we got new neighbors. Neighbors who rushed into that spot at every chance. I physically can’t let that go on and on, so I had to take the issue up with management. Not only did they respond quickly, and with concern, but in very short order the spot was repainted and a sign was placed. The appreciation is immense. It’s not a joke or for somebody else to decide

I lived at 515 Village Dr in Marshall, MN. I moved in December 2022 and I was evicted February 2023. First the apartment had roaches, I informed the manager and nothing was done. The apartment below me was deemed un livable until it was deep cleaned due to the former tenant. Because of the roaches I ended up throwing a lot of my property away. I never received a mailbox key, so I was unable to get my mail. I was told that my lock was going to be changed because of the old tenant. When it was charged I was gone. I had to sleep in my car until the managers office opened the next day because no one answered the after hours line. The washers and dryers were broken. The hallways were full of trash, dirty and smelled bad. They never plowed the parking lot until they received complaints. The prop

I been here for over 1 year I do like my apartment and how they keep the building clean and fresh even the people are nice. The maintenance the best Hard working people 💪 🔧 🎉 update !! Hello everyone now that I been here 2 years in counting lol I have to say I seen alot here at the building So I wanted to update my review on suite livin.... Marshall first the new ppl in the office Rumel!! And Eric are big help! Rumel is always working hard. Oh maintenance they do good stuff around here keeping the place looking nice and clean as it should Mr. West and Miss Belle so kind-hearted and polite! if I can respect the rules anybody can I do recommend these apartments building

Luz was amazing and more than helpful during a trying time for me and my husband. Sure facilitated conversations to ensure we were able to work out the issues! I am so very grateful she is here at Suite Liv'n Marshall!!!! Also Eric helped us get moved in and had been a dream to work with also helpful provided any information requested and has continued to support us at the complex!!! Than you to the whole team here you guys rock!!!!!
