Carr Properties

Not sure what all the grumbling is about. My experience with Pam and Carr Properties were wonderful. Everything was as advertised. No issues when maintenance needs arose, no unannounced entry. Just a simple business transaction. I paid rent, they provided clean quarters....

Took $3,000 from my elderly, mentally ill mom's bank account without her permission. I will be following up on this.

Great place to rent from. We loved our townhome. It felt more like a house then just some apartment. Very large master bedroom and tons of storage space. Lindsey bent over backwards to accommodate our needs when we were looking for a place to rent. Very easy to work with and just an awesome person. They were quick to fix any repairs we needed.

Do not rent from Carr Properties. Their apartments are roach infested and bed bug infested BIG time and I’m not exaggerating one bit. I lived in the downtowners on 4th street and I seen it. They let all the turkey valley people move in them and they are very very gross and disgusting. I was lucky to get out when I did and I had to get rid of lots and lots of my stuff so I wouldn’t take any bugs with me. Those people that work at turkey valley and live in those apartments live like slobs. Pam up at car Properties, the one who’s trying to rent the apartments out will try and tell you they took care of the problem. They didn’t. You would have to destroy the whole building and rebuild to get rid of the bugs.

Horrible. They WILL let themselves into your appartment without warning. At least 3 times a year they DO give you 24 hours notice, and they tear your place apart for little reason. When you need to talk to the renter, she is never in their building, and never answers the phone. They have lost rent checks. They do nothing about complaints, and I could go on.. Just don't rent from them.
