Sugar Mill Apartments

Chelsea, Tristan, and Savannah are all a great team! I have saw Tristan handle the Sugar Mill Community while the manager went to another office. And when Chelsea came to Sugar Mill they have both worked hand in hand. The improvements they have both done is great! I am so thankful for them both. Maintenance also does a great job! I am very thankful for this entire staff team that we have!

The only nice things here are the exterior, pond, and walking trail. The gym is tiny and outdated, and the interiors are extremely outdated. Expect to move into an unpainted apartment with ancient appliances and fixtures, visible curtain rod holes from the previous tenant, and spider webs in the ceiling corners. Your windows won't be functional either and mtn supervisor is going to try to gaslight you so he wouldnt have to fix them. The maintenance tech is helpful, the leasing agent is feoendly and does HER job well. But the mtn supervisor and management are rude, dismissive, and poorly organized. They accuse residents of unreasonable, easily disproven issues—often sending emails at 6 PM to avoid dealing with them. Loud music blasts from cars at 2–4 AM regularly. Management claims they “do

I lived here for over a year and only moved due to school. I loved how quiet and beautiful the property was. Maintenance always fixed things super fast if I ever had any issues and management was always super helpful and informative.

I love living at Sugar Mill. It is so refreshing to come home to such beautiful and clean landscaping. The apartments are quiet. The floor plans are spacious. The management is wonderful. I hope to live at Sugar Mill for a long time.

My wife and I both enjoyed our 2 year stay here. The office staff are professional and willing to listen to your concerns. Maintenance is relatively quick and they do fix the issue. Had to call about the garbage disposal a few times but they eventually put a new unit in there. I wasn’t upset about it. They frequently communicate via email. Package service is efficient. Pool is nice. New grills. We frequently used the walking trail. Location of this place is probably my favorite part. I made so many late night Publix runs that came in clutch. Quick access to the highway. If you don’t want to buy a washer and dryer they have a laundromat right down the street. It’s a really good place to live!
