One night my partner and I were walking with our son. A couple stray cats, long hair orange tabby and a black domestic shorthair, decided to accompany us. Without warning a cockroach crawled out of a manhole cover in front of us. One of the cats, orange, jumped into action, grabbing the cockroach with a crunch and then running off into the night. That was the best thing I've ever seen happen in this place. (June 2024) Currently overrun by some dude who was supposed to be banned but I guess he's annoying enough to let back in 🤷‍♂️ Even the people he brought in are turning on him LMFAO whoopsy, guess you can't run around making everyone clean up after you... As a resident now going to 3 years, Quite frankly the people are hopeful with the continuing of the new Management On the mark management by the court appointed receivership Attorney Barry Knott. Thing's still suspected take over by Investor's guide by the mayors of Stratford and Bridgeport. We will Stay to the end of our investment, our Home.

If we could we would give -100 stars. We had a roof cave in that wasn't fixed, or resolved, for a month. We had a main line burst and was stuck in a hotel for 2 months. Now we haven't been able to shower in a week bc the handle broke and they need to not only fix it, buy turn the main line on and off, which they won't show up to do. 10/10 don't recommend this place. Been on the phone for 30 mins trying to contact someone from their "on call" service. No answer.
