I recently have been working with Brad and Laura and let me just say, they are the most friendly and kind people I have ever met. Especially as realtors/landlords. Laura also has the most bubbly next door neighbor personality I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was extremely upfront about what they were expecting and how they would be willing to work with us. She even answered most of my questions before I asked! Our current landlord recently gave us notice that they are selling our unit. We were scrambling to find a place and came across a lovely 3bd 2 ba trailer. From start to finish (or just about) both Brad and Laura were very responsive. Overall, they’re just extremely easy to work with and very understanding. I cannot recommend this company enough!

They take your money for applications then don't even show you houses at all and don't refund it. I paid for a fee to see a house that is apparently being "sold" all of a sudden the day before I am supposed to see it but I don't get my application fee because apparently I'm the one who decided to "sell" it ... ! Don't waste your time putting in applications here. House is being sold yet the post is still up so they can continue to take people's application fees and theb tell them it's being sold.

Very friendly to do business with and they treat their tenants well and getting stuff fixed . Give star
