Unbelievable service. Uptodate apartments, beautiful spaces, greenery, clean and safe. Squirrels, sparrows, pigeons, pets, babies, oldies, teens, music, dance and what not. Then you have a personal security in Public Safety. Beam Living manages the day to day running of the premises upkeep. Love it

The location is very convenient. There are some fantastic restaurants in this neighborhood. The Con Edison plant is somewhat of an eyesore but the East River provides some degree of compensation! Parking is relatively easy and its quite easy to get parking on weekends, especially on a Sunday. The subway is easily accessible and so are buses. During summer there are a lot of outdoor sports opportunities. There is also a great gym in the neighborhood. Getting an apartment is generally not so easy. Look for tenants looking to sublet their apartments. BlackStone owns most of these apartments so they are quite expensive. But there are some rent controlled units available too. NYU grad students also occupy some of these apartments.

Nice space. Useful amenities, good for meeting. Utilities fully operational, really everything you need. Pleasant environment. Helpful staff

This could be a very nice facility for tenants but it is just too small.
