Sturbridge Meadows

I've lived here since March of 2024 and have only good things to say! Megan the property manager is wonderful: personable, professional, and very down to earth. Sturbridge Meadows features a beautiful well-maintained landscape. It is generally very quiet, and I barely ever hear any noise from my neighbors. Everything is included in the cost of rent (including free high speed internet which is a HUGE plus) other than electricity. The only complaint I have is that the electric bill tends to surge during the winter months due to electric heat, but that's not really Sturbridge Meadows' fault. During late spring - mid fall, the electric bill is generally pretty low, even with ACs running normally. Maintenance is on-site and are quick to respond to any tickets put in. Do not rent here!!! They paint over mold and I got very very sick and I'm sure it was from the mold. The place has bugs and is very very dirty and they just use some paint and some new carpet... Here are some pictures I have many many more. Now they are saying I owe them $8,000 for new carpets, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and baseboards. I was in contact with a few of the old maintenance workers who will write letters and go to court with me because I plan to sue along with other tenants. They are slum lords that take advantage of single mothers.

The unit we moved into had just been renovated & we like the add’l amenities in addition to the bright & airy interior. The other residents are mostly friendly, some keep more to themselves. People do well cleaning up after their dogs outside. There’s a newer property manager on site, Megan, who’s friendly & very responsive. We’re enjoying living here!

The apartment complex is absolutely amazing! Best rental I have ever lived in. Sean, the Property Manager, is extremely helpful, understanding, and just all around a genuinely good guy. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful. I truly loved my time at Sturbridge Meadows.

Mold everywhere, Awful plowing, never shovel walkways... one maintenance person in particular would rather hang out in the office than do any work. Any work he does do is half-assed... although by law they are required to install screen doors, they have yet to do it... Janelle in the office is awesome but is bullied by Kevin the maintenance person. They raise the rent annually but do nothing to improve the quality of the apartment. Our counters are holey, our cabinets are falling apart and our bathroom tiles are popping up with no remedy.
