I had an amazing experience working with Kristin from start to finish. She is very patient and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. No matter how many questions I had, Kristin took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made the process much less stressful. I love that whenever she sends a document, she calls right away to explain what needs to be done so you’re never left puzzled. As someone born and raised in St. John who relocated to the mainland for career advancement Kristin was truly a godsend. Kristin at NorthPoint is one of the main reasons I’m able to say I close on a condo in St. Thomas today! While trying my best research what I could in advance, Kristin helped me understand nuances of purchasing in St Thomas in a way that didn’t deter or worry me but rather made me feel confident I had someone on my side to help me through the wickets and keep my best interests at heart. And once you add her wonderful personality to the mix, I’m not sure what more you could ask for in a lender. If I’m ever lucky enough to be in the market again, I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!
